4H KIDS HELP OUT THE UTAH FOOD BANK

The Salt Lake Tribune is reporting that 4H kids throughout the state of Utah have donated over 103,000 pounds of meat to the Utah Food Bank.

The article describes how these 4H kids are even more excited to take care of and raise an animal for slaughter…knowing that their efforts will help feed many familes throughout the state in which they live.

As is being seen throughout every state in the country, many families are being squeezed by high gas prices and job layoffs which are leading for an ever-increasing need in help with acquiring food for families.
